Lengthy forms that stretch off the page can be off-putting to users. Council Platform lets you spread a Webform over multiple pages making it easier to parse.

Below is an example Webform with all its form fields on a single page:

By completing this Direct Debit Instruction, you are consenting to pay Council Tax Direct Debits to Parminster Council from the account specified under the protection assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. 

This Instruction may remain with Parminster Council and, if so, details will be passed electronically to the bank or building society specified.

Please note: Banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit Instructions for some types of accounts.
