We are pleased to report that one of our most recent Council Platform websites, Greatwell Homes, has been ranked the #1 most accessible among UK Housing Authorities websites by the Silktide Index.

The Silktide Index is a global league table used as an industry standard to rank websites by accessibility and industry.

Greatwell Homes told us accessibility was one of their top priorities during the project, and we are glad that our fastidious development work, curation of legacy content, training of their staff, and access to our Publica11y accessibility scanning tool has resulted in such an outstanding outcome.

All our Council Platform websites are fully WCAG 2.2 AA compliant on delivery. Our solution uses the GOV.UK Design System for the starting point of a website's look and feel, which is backed by a multitude of research into best practices. Clients can look forward to regular free updates that help keep their websites compliant with the latest accessibility regulations.
