As part of our work on the new Foster for Plymouth website, we've expanded the Events functionality so that sign-up forms can be attached to them.

In addition, the Outlook, Google Calendar, or iCal icons can be clicked to add an event to the user's calendar.

In the expanded Manage Registration settings, site staff can:

  • set the number of places available,
  • configure an automated reminder email that goes out to all registrants,
  • email a message to all registrants,
  • and enable a waiting list.

Should an event be full, users can be automatically placed on the waiting list that will notify them of their success if a previously-registered user cancels their event registration.
