In Council Platform's newest update we've added a suite of new controls for various styling elements.

A new block has been added to Council Platform that embeds a row of the latest news posts. This feed can be filtered to display news posts of a specific category.

The 2.4.0 release upgrades the version of Drupal core used by the Platform. It also adds an "automatic" Latest News block to the WYSIWYG editor.

The 2.3.0 release is quite exciting as it introduces an "AI Helper" to the "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) editor of the Platform. The aim of this is to allow Content Editors to "do more".

The 2.2.0 release of Council Platform is complete. The hallmark feature of this release is the ability for sites to have more than one Events listing page and the ability to embed content items into other pages. All Drupal modules were updated to their latest versions. This update is free for all Council Platform clients.

We've added two new ways the Events Calendar can be displayed, allowing users to find out about all your upcoming festive events the way that suits them.

Table formatting can be one of the fiddliest tasks in document creation. We have updated the Table block in Council Platform so that it is now possible to merge and split cells in a table.

To help make it easier to find specific media files, we've added the ability to Council Platform for users to create folders inside the Media Library and group media files inside them.

As part of a quality-of-life update, we've rolled out a new feature for detecting duplicate media files. Rather than having to comb through the Media Library, you can now generate a report with a button click showing all the duplicate files on your site.

In response to a request by Brentwood Borough Council, we have expanded the list of social media links in the footer so that TikTok accounts can be added.
